Allison was born and raised in Pontiac, Michigan. She earned a B.A. from Butler University, where she was a Dean’s List student. She earned her Juris Doctor from Thomas M. Cooley Law School where she was also on the Dean’s List. Allison is a member of the Oakland County Bar Association (OCBA) and served as a Director on the OCBA New Lawyer’s Committee for three (3) consecutive years. Prior to joining the firm, Allison served as the Judicial Clerk to the Honorable Leo Bowman of the Oakland County Circuit Court for nearly two years and subsequently the Judicial Clerk to the Honorable Michael Warren of the Oakland County Circuit Court for an additional two years.
Allison is actively involved in the community and is a member of the Birmingham, MI Junior League, a woman’s volunteer organization. She co-authored an article published in the American Bar Association’s newsletter titled “What Judge’s Staff Wishes Every Lawyer Knew.” While in law school, she was an Associate Editor for the Law Journal of Practical and Clinical Law. After hours, Allison enjoys spending time with family and friends and volunteering.
She passionately looks out for the best interests of clients and works toward achieving a fair and equitable resolution in their respective matters.
